Privacy notice
Updated October 16, 2026
This notice explains the information requested through this website and how it is used. Contact Zack at harborstonebusiness.com/contact with any questions or requests about your information.
Information you provide
The request form asks for your email and a short description of your need. Your name, phone number, budget, goals and timeline are optional. We may ask for more project details during a consultation. Please do not submit medical records, financial account numbers, identification documents or confidential third-party information through the website.
How we use it
We use your submission to review your request, contact you, arrange a consultation and discuss a possible scope and proposal. Forms, bookings and contact records are handled through Harborstone’s GoHighLevel/LeadConnector CRM platform, whose service providers process data to operate the platform.
Prospective providers
A project may require sharing an agreed brief with a prospective provider. We discuss what will be shared, and with whom, before any introduction. Submitting a form does not authorize sharing your information with every potential provider.
Text messages
Providing a phone number is optional. Forms include separate, optional consent for service-related texts and for marketing texts. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the SMS terms. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Website technology
This website uses hosting, security and analytics tools to display pages, protect the site and understand how it is used. Embedded booking and form tools are provided by our CRM platform.
Your requests
Contact us to ask what information we hold about your request, correct it, update your contact preferences or ask us to delete it. If an active project, contract or legal obligation requires us to keep certain records, we will explain that in our response.
Security
Please share only what is needed at first. No website or transmission method is completely secure. Providers and external websites have their own privacy terms; review them before sharing more information with them.
