FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers before we talk.
Do you work with businesses and individuals?
Yes. Start with the need, service, product or problem. We will talk through your goal and whether Harborstone can coordinate a good solution.
Is the first call free?
Yes. The 15-minute intro call is free and there is no obligation. It is a chance to see whether Harborstone is the right fit.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Every project is different. After a consultation, you receive a written proposal with the scope, pricing and terms before you commit to anything.
Who performs the work?
Harborstone is your point of contact during scoping and sourcing. Your proposal names who performs the work, their responsibilities and how the handoff works.
What happens after I send a request?
Zack follows up to set up a consultation, clarifies your priorities, looks for suitable providers and comes back with a proposal when there is a good option.
Is my information shared with providers?
Only what is needed, and only after we discuss it with you. Please do not send medical records, financial account numbers or other sensitive documents through the website.
Do you handle real estate transactions?
No. Harborstone can make introductions, but licensed brokerage activity, negotiation and transaction services stay with licensed real estate professionals.
Do you place people in treatment or sober housing?
No. Harborstone helps recovery organizations with business and operations needs only. Clinical care, admissions and placement decisions stay with qualified providers, and Harborstone does not accept payment for patient referrals.
Can I text instead of call?
Yes. Use the Text button on any page, or the phone number in the footer.
I provide services. How do I join the network?
Apply on the Join the Network page and Zack will follow up.
Still have a question?
Call, text or book a quick call. Zack is happy to talk it through.
